San Antonio, TX NEWS – Gunfire rang out at an apartment complex early Tuesday morning, August 18, 2026, leaving one young man dead.

As reported by ExpressNews.com, “[t]he shooting occurred around 12:10 a.m. at the Woodhill Apartments in the 4900 block of Woodstone Drive, near Interstate 10 and Huebner Road.”

KSAT.com is reporting, “[u]pon arrival, the officers found two 18-year-old men with gunshot wounds.”

According to the report, “[o]ne of the men was shot in the upper body. SAPD said he was taken to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead. The second victim was shot in the ankle and is expected to recover.”
